Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All of our items are made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted global suppliers. Shipping typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, especially during peak seasons.


Q: Why does shipping take 2–3 weeks?

A: Because we work with global vendors and manufacturers, your items are shipped directly from the source — this helps us keep our prices affordable and our styles 🔥. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait.

 

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: At this time, we don’t offer express shipping — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned 👀

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Because each item is made-to-order and shipped directly from our supplier, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at Pretty.savageco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right 💌


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed and cannot be canceled or changed.

 

Q: What if I put the wrong address?

A: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to update it before the item ships.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after shipment.

 

 

 

Q: What if something doesn’t fit right?

A: Be sure to check the size chart before ordering. Because we don’t offer returns on size-related issues, measuring yourself beforehand is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.

 

Q: Is it safe to order from your site?

A: Yes! Our site uses secure encryption to protect your payment information, and we never share your personal details with third 

 

Q: I ordered a custom item — where do I put my personalization?

A: You’ll see a custom box on the product page where you can type your personalization before adding to cart. Press ENTER after typing and it will save it in your cart. Please double-check spelling — custom items can’t be changed after checkout.
